2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the 999aee Platform. This age restriction is mandated by Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced. 999aee reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or driver's licence.
2.2 Geographic Restriction. The 999aee Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 999aee makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from using the Platform.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 999aee, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any games or promotions on the Platform.
Underage Gambling is Illegal. If 999aee has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be frozen, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account on the 999aee Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. 999aee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999aee username and password. You agree to notify 999aee immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security. 999aee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC). 999aee may, at its sole discretion and at any time, require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 999aee may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.
3.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your 999aee account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 999aee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. 999aee does not accept credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not accepted under any circumstances.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 999aee is ₱200. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank. 999aee does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be processed after all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met. 999aee reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the 999aee Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 999aee is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. 999aee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to your 999aee account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 999aee reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible for bonuses.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus fraud — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Bonuses. 999aee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds already credited to your account at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.

6.1 Certified RNG. All casino games offered on the 999aee Platform — including slots, bingo, and table games — use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited for fairness and randomness. The outcome of each game is entirely independent of previous results.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time via video stream. The rules applicable to each live game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, 999aee will use its best efforts to resolve the round based on available game data. Where resolution is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned.
6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets, including cricket, PBA, NBA, UFC, and boxing, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. These rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform. 999aee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or materially altered.
6.4 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, 999aee reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. 999aee's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
6.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with 999aee customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round concluding. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999aee Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:
7.2 999aee employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement agencies and PAGCOR in the investigation of suspected prohibited conduct.
8.1 Suspension by 999aee. 999aee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any player account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
8.2 Effect of Suspension. Upon suspension or termination of an account, all pending bets may be voided, bonus funds will be forfeited, and access to the Platform will be revoked. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation and will be returned to the player if no breach is established following review.
8.3 Right of Appeal. If you believe your account has been suspended in error, you may contact 999aee customer support to request a review. 999aee will endeavour to respond to all account suspension appeals within five (5) business days.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of 999aee.
10.3 The 999aee name, logo, and all associated brand marks are trademarks of 999aee. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 999aee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 999aee does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 999aee will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
11.3 999aee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 999aee account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 999aee's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 999aee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 999aee implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 999aee cannot guarantee absolute data security.
12.3 999aee may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, or other regulatory bodies in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures will be made in compliance with Philippine data privacy laws.

13.3 Your continued use of the 999aee Platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.5.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 999aee's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. 999aee will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through 999aee's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or referred to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction over the matter.
14.4 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the 999aee Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
